Likewise, in change management, engaging stakeholders and fostering a culture of collaboration empowers individuals to actively participate in shaping the desired outcome. By harnessing the collective wisdom, skills, and diverse perspectives of the organization, change initiatives can be met with enthusiasm, innovation, and a sense of ownership. During a facilitated experience, we explore what hinders individual ownership, accountability, responsibility.
