You can override your intuition with logic.

You can silence your truth with schedules.

But your body keeps the score—and the story.

This week isn’t about thinking your way to clarity.

It’s about listening to the wisdom that lives beneath your ribs, behind your breath, below the noise.

You might not know what’s next.

But your body does.

And it’s been whispering to you all week.

Are you still enough to hear it?

🤔Reflection Questions

  1. Where in your body have you been feeling tension or tightness?

  3. What would happen if you treated that discomfort as a message—not a malfunction?

That ache in your shoulders, that flutter in your chest—it’s not just physical.

It’s a signpost. Don’t numb it. Name it.

Where in your body have you been feeling tension or tightness?

Day 2 – “The Pattern Beneath the Pain”

Sometimes the body repeats what the heart hasn’t healed.

What’s showing up over and over again?

Day 3 – “Discomfort Is Not Dysfunction”

Before you try to solve it, sit with it.

Your body’s discomfort might be a messenger—not a malfunction.

Prompt:

What would happen if you treated that discomfort as a message—not a malfunction?

Day 4 – “Softening as Truth”

Your body knows what feels safe. What feels sacred. What feels like yes.

What makes your chest rise easy? What makes your shoulders lower?

Prompt:

Which parts of your life make your body soften?

Day 5 – “Rest Isn’t a Reward”

You weren’t created to live in survival mode.

Return to rituals that restore you—not just routines that drain you.

Prompt:

What rhythms of rest or movement bring you home to yourself?

Day 6 – “Listen Without Fixing”

The body doesn’t always need fixing.

It often needs to be felt—and honored for what it carried in silence.

Prompt:

What part of your body do you avoid tuning into? Why?

Day 7 – “Reclaiming Rhythm”

Healing isn’t loud.

It’s in the breath you finally let out. The step you didn’t rush. The stillness that didn’t feel like waiting.

Prompt:

What does healing feel like in your body right now?
