Service Description

This is a simple, guided 4-session experience designed to support you in returning to clarity and steadiness—especially in the middle of a full day. Each session is held during lunchtime and blends a short, guided meditation with practical tools you can use immediately in your work and daily life. The focus is not on adding more to your schedule, but on helping you reset, refocus, and move forward with clarity. Over four sessions, you’ll be guided through: • Returning to center in moments of pressure • Thinking clearly when things feel heavy or fast-paced • Staying present in conversations and decision-making • Sustaining focus and energy throughout your day No prior experience with meditation is required. Course Details: Format: Live (Virtual) Duration: 4 Sessions Session Length: 30 minutes Time: 12 PM EDT Frequency: 1x per week What Participants Will Gain: • Increased mental clarity and focus • Practical tools for navigating pressure • Greater presence in conversations and work • A simple way to reset during the day
