Feeling and emotions always reveal something to us. Learning how to stip down the feeling & connect with the message embedded supports us in moving through the experinece without getting caught up in the illusion. When we sit in or avoid or attemp to bury negative emotions we move away from who we are. Releasing the illusion of upset reconnects us to the truth of who we are. Donations welcomed!
