AuSum Leaders©

Au represents the chemical element, Gold. Gold represents the mind, body, and soul and is widely used to represent the sun and wealth. It is used here to honor a person’s value, wealth of gifts, and natural ability to shine. Au is also being used to honor the autism community. The term “sum” represents the addition of two or more items. The AuSum Leaders© experience seeks to support individuals in combining tapping into their ability to build relationships with themselves and others.

This dynamic 90 minute program will give you a taste of the 12 week program. It is all about play and fostering a sense of fun and less about teaching. Leadership is learned through living and each day provides opportunities for participants to live and lead boldly.  AuSum Leaders© is open to those persons 15+ needing little or no assistance who desire to develop a deeper understanding or and/or enhance their leadership abilities.

This experience merges the physical and virtual worlds allowing for individual and collaborative play, discovery, and growth. Leaders will receive a "mission" and the team members get to work together to decide the best course of action. The mission has a specific time in which it is to be completed. Think of it as a reality show without the cameras! It will be facilitated by the creator, Robert Leigh Pruitt an informal educator of 35+ years who has created and delivered programs  for youth and adults from around the world and includes members representing the Gifted and Talented, At-Risk & Marginalized, Autistic, and ADD/ADHD Communities. 

When you register, your confirmation and reminder emails will contain a list of every day materials required for the mission.
