The shadow, a term originally coined by Carl Jung, is the unconscious. It is all of those things we don’t know about ourselves. The shadow self has a job or a role to play that we’ve given it-to protect us. In this 90 minute experience you will be introduced to a process that will support you in connecting to the gift contained within the shadow of your life. this process will support you in creating a new relationship and redefined the role of the shadow self.
