Someone shared with me that the only issue is the one I create. The way we look at things determines if we "react" or "respond." Reacting is rooted in the past and associated with fear. Responding aligns with being in the now and working with the current information available. When we're in upset, it's easy to ask questions from that place which only reinforces the fear. When we learn and master the abilty to be present, we can ask questions that move us forward rather than keep us stuck in the past. 

Get Into It...Live is a global community wisdom chat. I created wisdom chats because we have both the question and answer. It's all about looking at the experience/issue/challenge you're facing in a new way. In a way that aligns with freedom and flow. This is an interactive 90 minute conversation that takes your questions and invites you to explore your own answers-truth. This is not an attempt to solve a problem. It's an invitation to begin creating a new relationship with the challenge so you're better able to embrace it, understand it, and master it. 

Every conflict, issue, situation has a message and/or lesson. Every situation or erxperience is a lesson God would have us learn. Allowing ourselves to embrace the experience makes it possible to access the message/lesson. This information is transformative changing the way we see ourselves, the experience, other people, and the world.
