Service Description

"Au" represents the chemical element, Gold. Gold represents the mind, body, and soul and is widely used to represent the sun and wealth. It is used here to honor a person’s value, wealth of gifts, and natural ability to shine. "Au" is also being used to honor the Autism community. The term “sum” represents the addition of two or more items. The AuSum Leaders© experience seeks to support individuals in tapping into their innate ability to build relationships. This dynamic 90-minute program is all about play and fostering a sense of fun and less about teaching. Leadership is learned through living and each day provides opportunities for us to live and lead boldly. This AuSum Leaders© is open to young adults 18+ from around the globe, especially youth from the Autism community needing little or no assistance who desire to develop a deeper understanding or and/or enhance their leadership abilities. The consistent question that'll be asked, "What do you need in order to complete your life's mission?" The responses will drive the conversation! This unique experience allows for individual and collaborative play, discovery, and growth. During the session, leaders will receive a "mission" and individuals members get to work together to decide the best course of action before time runs out. Think of it as a reality show without the cameras! The session concludes with time to relax and share connections between the activity and life! All sessions will be facilitated by the creator, Robert Leigh Pruitt an informal educator of 35+ years who has created and delivered programs for youth and adults in the public and private sectors from around the world and includes members representing the Gifted and Talented, At-Risk & Marginalized, Autistic, and ADD/ADHD Communities. His work has been acknowledged by a Governor, Congresswomen, & several organizations. Each session offers a new mission with new challenges-this means more opportunities for discovery. You will receive a message prior to the session containing the household materials required for the mission. Space is limited to foster intimacy-so act now! It's gonna be AuSum©-Let's get into it! NOTE: All leadership programs can accommodate private groups/clubs-just ask about this option.

Cancellation Policy

Late cancellations constitute a completed session and will be charged unless other arrangements have been agreed to.
